For some years now, the owners of the Assos store in Bergamo have asked us for support in web marketing to increase awareness and visits to the store .
It is a single-brand shop, specialized in high-end clothing for cyclists , and with partially imposed institutional brand communication.
Which online promotion channels to use?
The first support of our marketing agency was in defining the structure , functionality , and objectives of the new Assos Bergamo e-commerce .
The company has thus increased its sales opportunities outside its own territorial catchment area, but not only that.
Added to this was a Facebook page dedicated to the shop (here too the decisive support was in the graphic layout and its optimization), an Instagram profile and the creation of a shop newsletter, using free but professional software.
Creation of the editorial plan and video content
Thanks to the owner's experience (including sports), our marketing agency was able to propose and create a series of training and contextual videos to be used for social media marketing , as well as some ad hoc promotions to specifically increase the rotation of some articles.
Further support was provided in the advanced and professional management of Facebook Advertising campaigns .

The coordinated use of different web marketing channels allowed the Assos store to quickly gain visibility in the area, even among audiences who were not aware of the shop .
Thanks above all to the creation of advanced custom audiences on Facebook, we were able to precisely target new types of customers with brand awareness campaigns.
The interaction of the first posts, and the customer feedback confirm that this is the right way to (sustainably) promote a store in its territory.
