Marketing seminar on customer understanding

Also this year we will have the pleasure of holding a marketing seminar at the Bergamo Chamber of Commerce.

The topic we are dealing with is very dear to us: the study of customers and the purchasing process , with the aim of formulating effective marketing strategies for companies.

The new features of the second edition are an in-depth look at the phases of the customer purchasing process, and the indication of free tools to study it.

Do you really know your customer?

Very often when we start a marketing consultancy path we realize that the company has not studied the customer's purchasing process .

What is it? It is a series of successive stages that go from knowledge of your product, to interest , to interaction and then to purchase .

Knowing what drives the customer in the next stages of the journey is essential to formulate effective and sustainable marketing strategies.

What you will learn

During the seminar on May 19, 2018, you will learn to recognize the four phases of the purchasing process, and understand how your customers behave in each.

The seminar will be held by Massimiliano Hangler (marketing expert) and Andrea Gelpi (market research expert), with a practical and business-oriented approach and with "in-class" exercises.

Little fluff and a lot of substance, as always in our interventions ;-)
