Companies that work in retail are always looking for different channels to make themselves known to new customers. This was exactly the request we received from Cogal Home, to intercept the segment of architects potentially interested in using the furnishing products of the Bergamo company.
How to contact architects
This category of professionals is among the most "harassed" by invitations, messages, advertising and the like.
For this reason, our marketing agency has decided to use a combined approach to SMS marketing and web marketing , sending an SMS to a profiled list of architects, containing a landing link to a mini-mobile site built specifically to present Cogal Home to them.
SMS was chosen because it is rarely used in B2B marketing, and therefore less "inflated" and with greater potential to convey the message, and the mobile mini-site completed the communication with photos and details of the furnishing possibilities offered to architects.
Results obtained
The ratio between people who received the message and people who took action (visit to the landing page or request contact) is 12.4%, an excellent conversion rate compared to the average for these types of direct marketing.
